Cancellation Policy  

If WE cancel:
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled, Quantum Training Centers, inc. will notify you and a full refund will be issued promptly. 

If YOU cancel:
If you are unable to attend a class, a full refund will be issued for notification of withdrawal prior to three workdays before the start of the course. Withdrawals made within three workdays before the beginning of the course will be assessed a $100 late withdrawal processing fee. If you do not notify Quantum Training Centers, inc. of your cancellation prior to the first day of a course, the full tuition will be forfeited. No refund will be issued after classes begin. All fees paid for a course cancelled by Quantum Training Centers, Inc. will be refunded in full.
