Mike Churchill, the president, has worked
with AutoCAD as an operator, programmer and consultant since 1985 (v
2.17k) and instructor since 1988. In addition to the standard AutoCAD
topics, Mike's other areas of specialization include Autodesk VIZ,

Rollin D. Godette II, an instructor, has
been doing Machine and Fixture Design since 1977, and has been using
AutoCAD since 1993 and MDT since 1997. Rollin has been an instructor at Quantum Training Centers,
Inc. since January of 1998. In August of 1998 Rollin and his wife Marla
formed MLD Designs, L.L.C., a tool design and consulting firm specializing
in the application of Mechanical Desktop, Inventor and 3D Solid Modeling
toward the design of special machines and fixtures for the Automotive
industry. In addition to
training at Quantum, Rollin is an Adjunct Professor at Macomb County
Community College and Oakland County Community College. Rollin is
certified to teach AutoCAD Level I and II, Mechanical Desktop Part,
Assembly and Surface Modeling, AutoCAD 3D Solid Modeling and Autodesk

David Piggott has over 16 years of teaching experience
in Computer Aided Design, 3D Solid Modeling, CNC Programming, Metal Forming,
Machine Tool, Shop Math, Blueprint Reading, and Engineering. He is currently
working on his Masters degree in Administration at Ferris State University. He
obtained his Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Associates in
Machine Tool Technology from Ferris State. He is a Certified Autodesk
Instructor and a Certified Manufacturing Technologist through the SME. Prior to
teaching David obtained his Journeyman status as a Mold Maker and spent 8 years
in the tool & die trade. He owns and operates Piggott & Sons Builders
with his sons, is a licensed builder and has over 20 years experience in
residential construction. David has also operated his own design firm for over
10 years performing drafting, design and supplying contract employees for local
industry. |

Roger James, has worked
with AutoCAD as a machine / tool designer, manager and instructor since
1993. Rogers' current area of focus is on the Autodesk Mechanical Desktop,

Janice Grant-Baum, an instructor, has been
working with CAD systems for 17 years and using AutoCAD since 1992.
A 1989 graduate of Lawrence Technological University, Janice recently took
the Architects Registration Exam and has worked with all disciplines
including architects, engineers, and manufactures developing industrial,
commercial, and residential projects. She has received her Certificate of
Achievement for both the Level I and II Autodesk AutoCAD exams. Janice's
computer and teaching experiences include AutoCAD, DataCAD, and

Rick D. Johnson, an
instructor, provides education and experience in Architecture,
Engineering, 3D Animation, and Computer Network Administration. He works
with CAD and Architecture as a Project Manager/Technology Manager for a
highly recognized architecture firm in Southfield, and has worked with
AutoCAD for the past 14 years. Rick is currently attending Lawrence
Technological University’s Master of Architecture Program.

H. Martin Lier. Marty has over 11 years of teaching
experience in Computer Aided Design, Internet, computer networks, and Engineering.
He is currently working on his Masters degree in Education at Ferris State
University and he obtained his Bachelors degree from Calvin College. Marty
developed and teaches the Digital Animation and Game Design program for Ferris
State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He also teaches for Grand Rapids
Community College. He is a Certified Autodesk Instructor. Prior to teaching
he was the Director of Engineering & Sales for a local engineering firm.
Marty specializes in CAD, 3D Animation, Design, and Computers. He is also
a web designer and webmaster for several Michigan companies. He has owned
and operated his own company for over 10 years doing engineering design
and research, internet & network development, and web design.
